So what does it take?
EMI UK's work is predominantly in the fields of civil engineering and architecture, therefore, most of the interns we accept are in related fields. We typically have Civil Engineers, Architects, Landscape Architects and Structural Engineers; occasionally, we will have Mechanical Engineers, Chemical Engineers or Electrical Engineers, with the understanding that these interns may not complete work directly related to their discipline. Interns still come away with a valuable experience as long as they have come to EMI UK with servant hearts and open minds. Applicants should be entering at least their third year of studies to apply for an internship.
