EMI provides design and planning services for approved development projects through a consultation process. The finished product typically consists of Architectural or Engineering drawings, reports, and/or cost estimates.

To qualify to receive design services from EMI UK, your project must meet a number of requirements:

1) Serving the poor
Jesus said, "For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me." Matthew 25: 35-36

2) Sharing the gospel
Jesus said, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20

3) Property ownership
Every property is different. We want to make sure we serve you effectively and efficiently by designing for the property you have direct control of and will build on. Our application process will request proof of land ownership, but as in all things in the developing world, land ownership and control can take a variety of forms and at EMI UK, we will be open to discuss your specific circumstances.
